The XVI Verona Eurasian Economic Forum began its work in Samarkand

Heads of ministries and departments, industry associations, financial institutions, business associations, as well as heads of over 450 companies in Uzbekistan, Europe and Asia take part in its work.
The importance of the event for the development of trade, economic, investment and cultural cooperation was noted, as well as the significance of holding the event in ancient Samarkand, which has long served as a trade and economic center between the countries of Europe and Asia.
They expressed readiness to further develop economic relations for the benefit of all countries in the region.

The Verona Eurasian Economic Forum aims to expand and strengthen ties between representatives of the business community, create conditions for discussing existing issues and identifying growth points for the implementation of joint investment initiatives.
