UzChasys
UzChasys is an Uzbek–South Korean automotive lighting manufacturer in Namangan, launched with reported charter capital of $5.95 million. Its reported net profit for 2025 reached 40.76 billion soums.
Established in 2008, UzChasys began production in 2009. The company manufactures automotive headlights, rear lamps and other vehicle lighting equipment.
At launch, the joint venture’s reported charter capital was $5.95 million, with South Korea’s Chasys holding 30% and Uzavtosanoat holding 70%. Project financing also included a $15.2 million loan from Asaka Bank. AMS, a South Korean subsidiary of Chasys, supplied production equipment.
The company subsequently expanded its product range to include lighting for Chevrolet Spark and Cobalt, as well as Lada Vesta and Granta.
According to information published in May 2026, UzChasys recorded 40.76 billion soums in net profit for 2025, while its workforce exceeded 1,000 employees.
On 25 May 2026, Best Pipe and Parts won the auction for the 70% state stake with a bid of 332.96 billion soums.
