Zuma Pharma belongs to UZGERMED PHARM GROUP and operates in Parkent district, Tashkent region. Its pharmaceutical site opened in February 2022 within the Parkent-Farm free economic zone.
The company lists annual capacity of 14 million prefilled syringes and cartridge pen units, plus 20 million lyophilised powder and injectable solution vials. Its product range includes anticoagulants and other specialised injectable medicines.
In June 2022, Zuma Pharma and Russia’s Geropharm signed an insulin technology transfer agreement. The agreement covered planned localisation of filling, packaging and release testing, with an initial cooperation term of seven years from the start of sales of locally filled insulin.
