Ahangarancement operates a $160 million energy-efficient dry-process plant in the Tashkent region with an annual capacity of 3 million tonnes of cement.
Situated in the industrial hub of Ohangaron, Ahangarancement is a foundational heavy building materials producer operated under international holding Akkermann Cement. Its location in the Ohangaron industrial area places cement manufacturing close to the construction market of Tashkent and its surrounding region.
The enterprise completed a comprehensive $160 million modernisation program, commissioning a state-of-the-art dry-process clinker production line with an annual output capacity of 3 million tonnes of cement. The development of dry process production forms part of the enterprise’s transition towards newer manufacturing technology.
Incorporating modern automated distributed control systems (DCS), waste filtration technologies, and alternative fuel capabilities, the facility serves as a primary supplier of certified infrastructure-grade cement, concrete blocks, and clinker for Tashkent’s urbanization and commercial developments. The company’s role in these markets links heavy industrial production with the construction of homes, workplaces and infrastructure.
