Huaxin Cement Jizzakh
Huaxin Cement Jizzakh is an advanced building materials manufacturing enterprise established in the Zafarabad district of the Jizzakh region by China's Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd., representing a total direct foreign investment of approximately $150 million. The company forms part of Huaxin’s overseas cement business, bringing the Chinese producer’s manufacturing experience to Uzbekistan’s building materials sector.
The industrial facility is equipped with energy-efficient dry-process production lines, automated raw-material blending systems, and emissions-control filters designed to produce 1.2 million tons of high-grade M-500 Portland cement annually. Cement production brings together raw material preparation, kiln processing and grinding within an integrated industrial operation.
The enterprise employs several hundred local technical specialists and provides critical clinker and cement supplies to national civil infrastructure projects, urban housing developments, and export markets across Central Asia. Its customer base connects the Jizzakh manufacturing site with both everyday building activity and larger construction programmes.
