Exadel Uzbekistan
Exadel is an international software engineering and technology consulting company founded in Silicon Valley in 1998. Exadel established a formal presence in Uzbekistan through EXADEL LLC, which entered the IT Park resident register on 30 September 2021. The company maintains its Tashkent office at 73 Mirzo Ulugbek Avenue. In July 2023, IT Park reported that the Uzbekistan branch employed approximately 50 people, providing a dated quantitative measure of the local engineering operation.
The Tashkent office forms part of Exadel’s international delivery structure. Through this model, software engineers and other technology specialists in Uzbekistan can contribute to cross-border projects while remaining based in the country. Exadel’s company-wide services cover the full product life cycle, from technical strategy and user-experience design to application development, quality engineering, cloud deployment and long-term platform support.
Exadel has also used training programmes to develop entry-level talent in Uzbekistan. Published programmes have included JavaScript and .NET internships lasting about two months, a Basic QA course and a one-and-a-half-month Business Analysis course. Exadel reported that more than half of the participants in several internship cohorts received employment offers, creating a direct path from structured technical training to commercial software work.
Across the international company, Exadel reports more than 25 years of operating experience, over 2,000 engineers, more than 1,000 completed projects and engineering talent located in 30 countries. These capabilities give the Uzbekistan office access to established delivery methods, specialist communities and international client relationships. The combination of a registered local entity, an operating office, technical employment and recurring skills programmes makes Exadel a clear example of an international company producing exportable digital services from Uzbekistan.
