Is the project outside the activities prohibited by Article 19 (alcohol, tobacco, cement, bricks, waste processing, weapons and ammunition, nuclear and radioactive materials, raw hide processing and animal slaughter, concrete, coal, lime and gypsum products, oil refining, nuclear power plants, and production that does not meet environmental and occupational safety standards)?

Documents to attach to the application

Investment application (in the form approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, stating the TIN or its foreign equivalent)
Copy of an extract from the legal entity's charter
For a foreign legal entity: copy of the state registration certificate
Business plan or feasibility study of the investment project
Draft investment agreement
Foreign documents: legalized or apostilled, with a notarized translation into the state language and English
