On October 29, 2025, the Uzbekistan-Serbia Business Forum took place in Tashkent, bringing together over 100 representatives from the public and private sectors of both countries.

Mansurjon Rasulev, Acting Director of the Investment Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, opened the forum with a presentation on the country’s investment climate, ongoing reforms, and incentives available to foreign investors.

Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khodjayev and President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić led the delegations. President Vučić praised Uzbekistan’s reform progress and highlighted opportunities to expand mutual trade, launch joint projects, and strengthen cooperation in high-tech industries.

As part of the forum, a “Made in Uzbekistan” exhibition showcased samples of textile and agro-industrial products, as well as achievements in the IT and defense industries. The exhibition highlighted the export potential and innovative capabilities of Uzbek companies.
