State share in “Neftgaztadqiqot” sold for 1.7 billion soums
The state share in JSC “Neftgaztadqiqot” in the amount of 36% was sold for 1.7 billion soums. This was announced by the company’s broker.
The buyer of the shares was the Bukhara company Marv Imkon. The cost of one security was 9792 soums. The total amount of the transaction is 1 742 863 778 soums. Note that earlier the price per share was reduced by 40%.
” Neftgaztadqiqot t” was founded in 1959. The main goal of the enterprise is to conduct research work aimed at improving the production technology, preparation for transportation and transportation of oil.
Earlier, TopMetalPro LLC bought a 51% state stake in the oil and gas company Uztashkineftgaz at a cost exceeding the company’s market capitalization by more than two times.
