More than 3.2 trillion soums were invested in the production of textile products

In January-March 1990, investments in fixed assets in the metallurgical industry as part of the manufacturing industry were mastered.

According to the State Statistics Committee, the volume of these investments amounted to 4 percent of the total investment in fixed assets in Uzbekistan.

At the same time, during the same period, investors were more willing to invest in the production of textile products. As a result, 3288.4 billion soums of investments in fixed assets were disbursed.

Their volume amounted to 6.6 percent of the total volume of investments in fixed capital in the country.
