Foreign entrepreneurs will be included in the Unified database

The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution “On measures to further improve the mechanisms for collecting, processing and storing information on foreign legal entities operating on the basis of a representative office, branch or permanent establishment and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity.”

To create a single centralized information source about foreign legal entities and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities, as well as to ensure electronic interdepartmental interaction in the provision of public services, the Regulation on the creation and maintenance of a single centralized database on foreign legal entities operating on the basis of a representative office, branch or permanent institutions and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity and Classifier and lists of information for use in the Centralized Database.The responsible body for maintaining the formation of the Centralized Database is the State Tax Committee.

The database is created on the basis of the Unified Information and Resource Base of the tax authorities. Responsible government agencies enter and update the relevant data and classifiers in the e-government information base in accordance with the Regulation on the procedure for the formation and maintenance of the data register and egovernment classifiers, as well as the use of unified classifiers.

Until January 1, 2021, they will conduct an inventory of the reliability and relevance of the information they have on foreign legal entities and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity.

The State Oil Company, together with the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications, through interdepartmental electronic interaction, will ensure the transfer to the Centralized Database of information on registered and accredited NGOs, law firms and firms, bar associations; banks, credit bureaus and representative offices of foreign banks; diplomatic missions, consular offices of foreign countries, representative offices of international organizations; representative offices of foreign commercial organizations.
