Education: graduated from Samarkand Agricultural Institute.

1995-1996 - Accountant of the Pumping Stations, Energy and Communications Department of Samarkand Region

1997-2000 - Samarkand province authority finance chief specialist of the department

2000-2002 - 1st category economist, head of the department of the State Budget Directorate of the Ministry of Finance

2002-2003 - Tashkent province authority Finance chief accountant of the department

2003-2004 year - Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan chief accountant of the ministry deputy

2004-2005 - Head of the General Department of Prospecting, Financing, Accounting and Reporting of the Ministry of Public Education

2005-2007 - Chief Accountant of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Deputy Head of the State Budget General Department - Head of the Department of Budget Policy and Comprehensive Budget Planning, 1st Deputy Head of the State Budget Treasury Execution Methodology and Implementation Department
