The Outcome of the Uzbek-Turkish Business Forum
The event took place in Tashkent as a part of the visit of the government delegation of Turkey to Uzbekistan.
As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade (MIFT) of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Uzbek- Turkish business forum is closed by signing of 24 documents for a total of $ 679 million.
From this, the allocated $ 514.7 million will directed into investment projects, whereas the trade agreements will make up additional $ 165.2 million.
The Uzbek- Turkish business forum took place in Tashkent on June 28.
It was attended by Deputy Prime Minister – Head of MIFT Sardor Umurzakov, Vice President of Turkey Fuat Okay, heads of interested Uzbek ministries, departments and industry associations and businessmen of both countries.
