KPMG, Deloitte and Grant Thornton Valuate Malika and Other Assets for Sale

This month, 11 large state assets are to be put up for auction. As Spot previously wrote, the president’s decree approved the list of state assets that will be put up for auction in March. It has 11 items – shares in companies and buildings. Among them, for example, the Poytakht business center, the Beldersay and Chorvok Oromgohi (Pyramids) recreation areas, the Malika market and others.

Recently, the press service of the State Asset Management Agency reported that KPMG, Deloitte and Grant Thornton won the tender for the valuation of these assets. KPMG will evaluate five properties, Deloitte – three, Grant Thornton – two.

Spot previously wrote that government stakes in 33 companies are up for online auction. Among them are a bistro in Vuzgorodok, a football club “Cementchi” and much more.
