– land (1020 hectares);

– office building (1470.93 sq.m.);

In case of investments attraction, loans of commercial banks are not envisaged. Loans may be applied for inter-stage events (current assets, etc.).

– buildings and structures – 1470.93 sq. meters, located on 11.23 acres of land;

– development of the feasibility study and business plan, preparation and obtaining permits, etc.

Business plan (feasibility study) is developed. There is a plot of land for establishing of an intensive garden, pastures (1020 hectares), a base, electricity, water.

Enterprises that attract foreign direct investment and specialize in manufacturing products (services) are exempt from corporate income tax, property tax, single tax for micro and small enterprises, as well as mandatory contributions to the Republican Road Fund with the volume of private foreign direct investment:

– from 300 thousand US dollars to 3 million US dollars – for a period of 3 years;

– over 3 million US dollars to 10 million US dollars – for a period of 5 years;

– over 10 million US dollars – for a period of 7 years.
